The customer who make the reservation accept the following conditions on behalf of all the member in same booking.
These terms and conditions may be modified time to time to apply to our entire service

General term
1.1 Purple Fire customers accept that the travel/activities is taken by their own risk
1.2 The customer must be selected according to their own circumstances and select what suitable for themselves
1.3
Purple Fire does not responsible for any loss, accident, injury or disease during the trip. All of the accidents or accidents will be the responsibility of the insurance company directly. You will not get refund for any reason of no show
1.4 Due to weather, strike or any other unavoidable force,
Purple Fire has the right to explain.
In the event of a snowstorm, hurricane, earthquake, volcanic eruption, customer illness, car accident, road closure or other force majeure that causes the itinerary to be adjusted or cancelled, the customer will be required to bear the losses of air tickets, hotels, tickets, amusement rides, driver and guide food and accommodation, etc.

Purple Fire has the right to change the route, time table and itinerary according to the requirements. This may be due to the bad weather, road conditions or any other unforeseen reasons. To reduce the possibility of caused damage
1.6 Tour or activity cancelled before it start ,
Purple Fire refund full amout, Tour stop or interrupt inside the tour period ,cause by bad weather ,strike or any other unavoidable force,as there already cost for hotel ,coach and guide,we will try our best to finish the tour,if not cover all the sightseeing attractions ,we only refund the entrance fee for those need to pay,other place without entrance fee will not be refund for not arrive.

2.1 Through our website complete the booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions

2.3 If you encounter any problem when booking through the website, please contact us via purplefiretravel@gmail.com
2.4 Please fill in/or provide all the necessary information when you complete the booking process. You need to provide a receipt or tickets in print out or in your phone when we pick you up on the day of the trip
.2.5 You have the duty to provide the right information for booking,if there is issue of changing information ,please contact us immediately, because once the departure date is near , it may not be possible to modify your booking according to the changes
.2.6 If you are not able to present a valid ticket or receipt ,we have the right not to take you to the tour or activity
.2.7 We are not responsible for any errors in your booking process

Price
3.1 Please note we provide the price in Icelandic Kronans,we are not responsible for any currency changes or the credit card fee. * If you can cancel your trip for free, the credit card company may have a 5% (5%) handling fee

Payment &Cancel travel and refun
4.1 A full payment must be recieved for FIT or Private groups 7 days before the depature .
4.2 You need to provide us with a writing email to purplefiretravel@gmail.com for cancellation and get approve

2 weeks (14 days) and more than 72 hours -100%
4.5 daytours or entrance tickets cancellation stands on each booking confirmation.

一般条款
1.1 Discoveryiceland 的客户接受旅行/活动的风险自负。

1.3 本公司不对旅行期间的任何损失、事故、伤害或疾病承担责任。 不对因客户行为造成的伤害或事故承担责任，也不会评估他们在任何时候未能遵循导游给出的指导方针的责任。所有的事故或者意外将由保险公司直接负责。我们要求客户购买旅行保险。本公司根据冰岛旅游法律已购买相对应保险。任何原因的缺席都不可退款。
1.4 由于因天气、罢工或任何其他不可抗力而导致的行程安排变更，本公司有解释权。如遇暴风雪、飓风、地震、火山喷发、客户生病、车祸、封路等不可抗力导致的行程调整或者取消， 需要由客户承担机票、酒店、门票、游乐项目、司导食宿补等损失。
1.5 旅行社有权根据需要更改路线、时间表和行程。这可能是由于恶劣的天气、路况或任何其他不可预见的原因。我们建议所有旅客购买综合旅行保险，以尽量减少因旅途中不可预见的情况而可能造成的损失。
1.6 旅行开始前极端天气取消的活动，旅行社会退全款。如旅行途中遇到极端天气，影响行程，在车导已经酒店成本以及发生的情况，旅行社尽最大可能完成旅行，并且最大程度减少损失。如有景点未能到达，有门票类的可以退门票费用，没有门票类的，不退款。
预订和付款
2.1 通过我们的网站完成预订，您承认并同意已阅读、理解并同意以下条款和条件。
2.2
Purple Fire是一家在冰岛提供一日游、多日游和探险游的旅行社。可以直接通过官网和/或其他中介提供服务的任何其他网站进行预订。
2.3 如果您在通过网站预订时遇到任何问题，请通过 purplefiretravel@gmail.com联系我们的客户服务团队。
2.4 请务必在预订您的旅行时填写和/或提供所有必要信息。完成预订流程后，将收到预订确认信息，并附上您的预订编号和预订服务的凭证。凭证将作为您的付款证明，因此请在旅行当天随身携带。
2.5 您有责任确保确认凭证上的所有详细信息均正确无误。如果出现差异，例如预订错误，预订日期错误和/或参与者人数不正确，请立即联系我们，因为一旦接近出发日期，可能无法对您的预订进行任何修改。
2.6 如果旅行团抵达时未出示和/或签署所需文件，我们有权不带您参加旅行团。
2.7 我们不对您预订过程中的错误负责。
价格
3.1 请注意，我们提供的所有服务价格均以冰岛克朗 (ISK) 为单位。我们不对货币波动和/或费用（例如银行转账费、信用卡费用或者我们控制范围之外适用的任何其他费用）负责。 *如果您在出发时间前取消可以免费取消的旅行，刷卡公司将可能扣除 5% (5%) 的手续费。
付款&取消旅行和退款
4.1 散拼或者定制团队需要出发前7天付清全额团款。
4.1 取消确认必须以书面形式发送给 我们—发送电子邮件至 arcticoroehf@gmail.com或者是发票的邮箱地址。该请求必须得到确认才有效。
4.2 散拼FIT 取消政策，少于10人：
1、距离参团3 周之前或者22天之前取消，损失20%；
2、距离参团3 周之前或者22天之前取消，损失50%；
3、距离一周或者7天之前取消，损失75%；
4、少于72小时取消，损失100%。
4.3 包车，定制团队，或者FIT团队（10人及以上）取消政策
抵达前八周（57天）以上- 20%
八周（56天）或四周以上-50%
四周或两周以上（15天）-75%
两周或者72小时以上-100%
